An experienced and technically advanced design team allows Britspace and Gateway Pods to offer bespoke modular solutions appropriate for almost any requirement.  Both standard and bespoke buildings are built within the 220,000ft² factory environment, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the customer rather than a 'best fit' standard product.

Britspace and Gateway Pods have proven over the last 10yrs that they have the ability to replicate traditional schemes both internally and externally, this has resulted in them being known as the Architects 'modular friend' not its old adversary. With no set length, width or height to any of its modules Britspace has replicate already completed designs either modular or traditional which have planning approval, ensuring their is no need to redesign the foot print or approved aesthetics. 

• 100% of Britspace buildings are guaranteed by a 25year / 60year structural guarantee depending on the requirements stipulated by the client. This guarantee is certified by the British Board of Agreement (BBA). 

• 100% of all Gateway Pods bathrooms are provided with a standard warranty
