As we are all aware 'sustainability' is becoming an increasing aspect of the works we do throughout the construction industry.
As an industry-leading off site building manufacturer, Britspace believes that the technologies developed in their build method clearly demonstrate that working towards sustainability standards such as BREEAM are made simple in comparison to traditional construction methods.
Sustainability is a factor that Britspace has integrated into all processes, from design and procurement through to manufacture and on-site construction. This allows Britspace to deliver a complete package to site.

- Britspace Controlled factory environment ensures that environmental impacts are closely monitored and assessed to ensure we have a minimal impact on the environment.
- Materials wasted through deterioration or damage is closely monitored with corrective actions being implemented whenever required.
- High levels of training ensures that the disciplines are in place in order to maintain integrity of our waste streams, we operate a waste segregation policy
- All our timber is sourced from FSC certified sources.

- Reduced waste - All factory and the minimal amount of site waste generated is segregated and recycled
- Reduced site traffic - For any given project it is estimated that 90% of the construction will be carried out at our manufacturing facility greatly reducing CO2 emissions on site
