Britspace constructed a 3 storey office building with roof mounted plant for DLR at Poplar in East London.

Externally the rendered finish and rainscreen cladding make for a very crisp appearance. Internally the building is finished to a very high standard with full air conditioning and raised access flooring.

The building was designed to accept an additional floor when business needs demand.

Britspace acted as principle contractor offering a full turnkey service including demolition, piling and external works.

By using modular construction. the programme for this project was reduced by a minimum of 25 weeks and the official handover of the building was completed ahead of schedule.
